Designed by world-renowned architect Paul Conrad of Conrad Architects, One Earle Lane sets a new standard for architecture and design. At the junction of Sylvan Road and Earle Lane, the visionary building brings a sense of everlasting style and enduring form.

On completion, the project is intended to deliver over 90 apartments situated in Toowong. Azzure is the developer with 5 Points Project as the builder - The latter awarded O'Sullivan Ground Engineering 2 packages on the project.

O'Sullivan Ground Engineering was awarded the steel fixing and shotcrete packages for the shoring walls by 5 Points Projects in Feb 2023.

The awarded works included placement of all materials for shotcrete and steelfixing that was supplied the main client, as well as supplying sub drainage for the client and to their respective spec.

Works commenced in April 2023, O'Sullivan Ground Engineering completed up to200m2 of steelfixing and shotcrete each week in line with the program set by the main client. All shotcrete was finished with a high standard cut and dust finish.
