Little PUrga Creek
O'Sullivan Ground Engineering was awarded the steel fixing, shotcrete and soil nails at Little Purga Creek at Yamanto (Cunningham Hwy) by Roadtek. The works included supply and placement of all materials which consisted of 25 mm soil nails, galved mesh and TMR approved shotcrete mix.
Ascot GReen
Ascot Green is a joint residential development project with Brisbane Racing Club located in the blue-chip suburb of Ascot in Brisbane. On completion, the project is intended to deliver over 900 apartments situated along the iconic Eagle Farm Racecourse.
One Earle Lane
Designed by world-renowned architect Paul Conrad of Conrad Architects, One Earle Lane sets a new standard for architecture and design. At the junction of Sylvan Road and Earle Lane, the visionary building brings a sense of everlasting style and enduring form.
Satellite Hospitals Program
The Satellite Hospitals Program (SHP) is a Queensland Government commitment to deliver seven new facilities to support public healthcare delivery in rapidly growing communities across Southeast Queensland. Hutchison Builders was awarded several packages - Tugun SHP was one of these locations.
Casa Tranquila
O’Sullivan Ground Engineering was awarded the shotcrete package for capping beam in addition to steel & shotcrete for basement walls. Capping beam finish was 3/4 with the walls all being high quality trowel finish.
Lewisham Greenway Tunnels
The Lewisham Greenway Tunnels project, situated adjacent to a live rail station, was a complex undertaking involving cutting-edge techniques and meticulous execution. The scope of the project included advanced suitability and acceptance testing, innovative use of hollow bar anchors, and comprehensive shotcrete application, all completed within a stringent one-month timeline.
Pacific Motorway (M1) Palm Beach to Tugun
O’Sullivan was engaged by the head contractor to supply ground engineering services for the project – that included sheet pile installation, soil nails and rock bolt supply and installation, shotcrete and steel fixing supply and installation.
Queens Park Retaining Wall
OSullivan was awarded the permanent anchors, steelfixing & shotcrete at Queens Park NSW - Park. A Sandstone wall was measured and flagged as moving. To protect the park and the public Osullivans worked with Built complete to design the anchors and shotcrete to support and retain the wall.
Barossa Park
The redevelopment of Lyndoch Recreation Park, known as the Barossa Park Project includes the upgrade of the existing oval to meet AFL standards, it will be hosting AFL games for Gather Round 2025 and beyond.
