Piling Plant
The Soilmec R312 200 is a compact yet powerful hydraulic drilling rig designed for versatile foundation applications, including bored piles, CFA piles, and soil mixing. With a drilling depth of up to 60 meters and diameters up to 1,200 mm, it delivers high torque and efficiency even in challenging soil conditions. Its crawler undercarriage ensures excellent mobility on uneven terrain, while the ergonomic cabin and advanced hydraulic controls provide precision and operator comfort. Built to international safety standards, the R312 is ideal for urban and large-scale construction projects, combining performance, reliability, and efficiency.
The Soilmec SR40 is a robust and versatile hydraulic drilling rig designed for foundation works such as bored piles, CFA piles, and displacement piles. Compact and efficient, it offers a drilling depth of up to 52 meters and diameters up to 1,200 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of construction projects. Equipped with advanced hydraulics, high torque, and a stable crawler undercarriage, the SR40 ensures precision and performance on varied terrains. Its ergonomic cabin, energy-efficient design, and adherence to international safety standards make it a reliable and cost-effective choice for both urban and large-scale projects.
The Tescar CF6 is a compact hydraulic piling rig designed for small to medium-sized foundation projects, particularly in confined urban spaces. It offers a drilling depth of up to 18 meters and diameters up to 800 mm, making it ideal for projects with limited access. Its lightweight design ensures easy transport and maneuverability, while advanced hydraulics and high torque deliver efficient performance in challenging conditions. Reliable, versatile, and easy to operate, the CF6 is an excellent choice for projects requiring precision and flexibility.
The Tysim KR90M is a mid-sized rotary drilling rig engineered for foundation construction, known for its efficiency and adaptability. With a drilling depth of up to 26 meters and diameters up to 1,000 mm, it is suitable for various applications, including bored piles and CFA piles. Its modular design and compact size allow for easy transportation and operation in urban or restricted sites. Featuring advanced hydraulic systems, high torque output, and an ergonomic operator cabin, the KR90M combines performance, safety, and comfort for reliable results across diverse construction scenarios.
DRILLING Plant
The JD 1400E is capable of drilling holes from 3.5 in. to 5 in. diameter at high penetration rates, with low maintenance requirements. It’s powered by a Cummins QSC8.3-C engine. Major components include a GHH Rand air compressor, proven YH135 drifter, and a simple carousel-type rod changer.
The new Casagrande drill rig C6-2 has been designed and manufactured with increased stability and power to tackle the larger projects in the fi eld of foundation and is suited for constructing anchors and micropiles and is particularly suited to jet-grouting.
The Hitachi ZX160LC-3 Excavator offers impressive capabilities for various construction and excavation tasks. With multiple boom/stick options providing maximum cutting heights, digging depths, and loading heights, this excavator can handle a wide range of projects. Equipped with a powerful engine from Isuzu and efficient hydraulic system, the ZX160LC-3 delivers reliable performance and precise operation. Its compact dimensions and sturdy undercarriage make it stable and agile on the job site, while features like turbocharged aspiration and a large bucket capacity enhance productivity and efficiency.
Low headroom/tight Access Piling Plant
The RIPAMONTI EAGLE rig (8.0t) is a powerful and compact machine designed for efficiency in drilling projects. Its high-quality hydraulic system ensures reliable performance with both remote and manual controls. It is capable of drill diameters ranging from 80mm to 220mm, making it perfect for various drilling tasks in construction projects.
The Ripamonti Birdie is a compact rotary drill, ideal for foundation work, civil engineering and quarry work where a smaller, easily transportable drill is desired. The Biridie has stood up to tough and remote drilling conditions around the world, and excels at anchoring, micropiles, shallow water wells, restoration jobs as well as geotechnical and environmental investigations. Suitable for drilling with 3 inch and 4 inch DTH hammers and hydraulic light drifters. The Birdie can be disassemble into a few light and compact pieces, making this unit very versatile and easy to transport, even by helicopter.
Biridie 517 is our last model of compact hydraulic drill rig design for micropiles and anchoring . This unit can use different type of rotary heads and also small drifters . On the standard set up we offer the rig with the speedy 250 drill mast and rotary head rp 500. Based on the experience made with the previous version, we are proud to introduce our compact drilling unit birdie517, ideal for foundation works, civil engineering and quarries like anchoring, micro piles, short water well and restauration jobs. Suitable for drilling with 3” and 4” DTH hammers and hydraulic light drifters

Sandvik DC120 is a hydraulic, self-propelled drilling unit on a 4-wheel drive carrier. Typical applications for DC120 are foundation drilling, road cutting, trenching, bolting, line drilling in dimensional stone quarries and other special drilling applications. Therefore DC120 is most often used by construction contractors, mines and quarries, and the municipal sector. Thanks to its versatility DC120 is often included in the equipment fleet of rental houses as well.
SM-4 is a new drilling machine featuring a separate power pack and the same movements of its larger sister, the SM-5. It has two different engine sizes available: 115 kW and 110 kW respectively (diesel and electrical). Among the many options the most interesting one is certainly the LHR kit (Low Head Room) suitable for 600 mm diameters auger drilling, with cased pilot hole.
The BABY DRILL is the ideal rig for limited access areas and only weighing 5.5t. Its compact design allows it to reach locations that larger machines can only wish to access, such as inside elevator shafts, buildings, and areas with low roofs or headroom. With a width of just 1.0m, it can fit through narrow doors. Fully remote-controlled by the operator, the BABY DRILL enables precise manoeuvring from a distance. This rig is capable of drilling piles up to 600mm in diameter and a depth of up to 15.0m.
Similar to the BABY DRILL, the BULLDOG retains most of the original features but has been modified for CFA drilling. It features a compact kelly bar, ram, drill head, and a fully enclosed, hydraulic motor gear-driven rotary. The width is slightly increased to 1.5m during drilling and 1.3m while traveling, still allowing access to tight spaces. It is capable of drilling CFA up to a depth of 6.0m.
The Hütte HBR 203 drill rig (6.2t), with a separate diesel power pack (2.7t), is designed for large-diameter drilling in tight spaces. Its compact, fully hydraulic crawler design offers easy controls, modern diesel technology, and radio control for safety and flexibility. The rig features a telescopic undercarriage (740mm to 1200mm) and a telescopic drill mast, making it ideal for tough conditions. The powerful rotary head ensures high torque for large-diameter surface drilling.
The KLEMM KR 802-2 is a compact and flexible drilling rig. It features a crawler undercarriage for easy use on rough terrain and a high-torque rotary head for accurate drilling. Lightweight at about 8.5t, it is easy to transport and can work in tight spaces. The rig can drill holes up to 250mm in diameter and to a depth of 40m, and it can perform various drilling methods, including auger and CFA drilling. It is recognised for being reliable and easy to operate.
Shotcrete Plant
The REED A40HP Trailer-Mounted Concrete Pump is a high-performance machine designed for efficient concrete placement in a variety of applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Powered by a 40-horsepower engine, it delivers impressive pumping capabilities with outputs of up to 40 cubic yards per hour and pressures up to 1,200 psi. Compact and easily towable, the A40HP is ideal for tight job sites, while its durable components and user-friendly controls ensure reliability and ease of operation. Suitable for pumping concrete, shotcrete, and grout, it is a versatile and dependable solution for demanding construction projects.
The REED A40HPA Trailer-Mounted Concrete Pump is a high-pressure powerhouse designed for demanding construction projects. With a 40-horsepower engine, it delivers outputs of up to 40 cubic yards per hour and pressures up to 2,000 psi, making it ideal for long-distance or high-rise concrete pumping. Its compact, towable design ensures mobility, while its rugged construction and intuitive controls offer reliability and ease of use in a variety of applications, including concrete and shotcrete placement.
The REED Mine 20HP Trailer-Mounted Concrete Pump is purpose-built for underground and mining operations. Featuring a 20-horsepower engine, it offers an efficient output of up to 10 cubic yards per hour at pressures up to 1,000 psi. Compact and highly maneuverable, it is designed for tight spaces, while its durable construction ensures reliable performance in harsh underground environments. This pump is an ideal solution for grouting and shotcrete applications in mining projects.
The Transcrete Trojan P60HP is a robust trailer-mounted concrete pump, engineered for mid-sized construction projects. Equipped with a 60-horsepower engine, it delivers up to 60 cubic yards per hour at pressures up to 1,000 psi. Known for its reliability and durability, it features a straightforward design for ease of maintenance and operation. The Trojan P60HP is well-suited for concrete placement in residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
The Transcrete Patriot P90 is a high-capacity trailer-mounted concrete pump designed for large-scale construction projects. Its powerful engine enables outputs of up to 90 cubic yards per hour and pressures up to 1,200 psi, making it ideal for long-distance and high-volume pumping. Rugged and efficient, the Patriot P90 is built for performance and reliability, with user-friendly controls and low-maintenance components to ensure seamless operation on demanding job sites.
The JAYCON S64 Trailer Pump is a compact and versatile concrete pump tailored for a range of construction projects.
